The recent event, "L’Italia del Pinot Nero," held on October 27-28, 2024, at the Belstay Hotel in Rome, attracted a significant crowd of wine enthusiasts. Organized by Vinodabere, this event showcased the best of Italian Pinot Noir. The event coincided with the release of the "Guida ai Migliori Pinot Nero d’Italia 2024," highlighting the grape’s complexity and elegance.

Pinot Noir is often seen as a challenge for winemakers, yet it brings immense joy to connoisseurs. Known as the most prestigious red grape variety globally, it thrives in various Italian regions. The masterclass, "Il giro d’Italia attraverso il Pinot Nero," led by esteemed journalists and critics, examined 20 distinct Pinot Noir wines from across Italy. This exploration provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the grape’s versatility and regional expressions.

The event featured around 39 producers and distributors, presenting over 170 labels for tasting. This extensive selection allowed participants to delve into the nuances of each wine. The success of this inaugural event has sparked hopes for future editions, promising to enrich Rome’s vibrant wine scene.
