She dedicated herself to revitalizing a vineyard with origins dating back to the 15th century. Under her leadership, the estate transitioned to organic farming and later to biodynamic practices. By 2015, she achieved biodynamic certification, showcasing her commitment to sustainable agriculture. Evelyne believed in the importance of biodiversity.
